Sarah DeFoor completed her first 500 hours under Sue Hopkins. She is certified as a Relax & Renew (TM) Restorative Trainer by Judith Hansen Lasater. Sarah completed certifications with Dr. Loren Fishman M.D. in Yoga for Osteoporosis, Scoliosis and Healing Back Pain with yoga. Sarah opened Yovana Yoga in Calhoun, GA in 2018.
