Michael Calogero is the Owner and Founder of 315 Yoga, LLC

Michael has been a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) since 2017 and also holds certifications as a Meditation Instructor, Certified Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Instructor, a Licensed Broga® Yoga Instructor, a Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Guide, as well as been trained in Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery with Veterans Yoga Project.

Classes taught by Michael are geared towards the beginner and intermediate student, allowing for someone with no experience to practice alongside someone who may have been practicing for a few years by offering modifications while challenging Yogis to be the best version of themselves.
Michael offers Private Group and One on One sessions. He also is available to teach Yoga to businesses that want to bring a level of self care and wellness to their employees.
