I have been in the bodywork industry for 20 years as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master.
Having lived 24 years in NZ I moved to The Cook Islands in 2019 to enhance my Yoga journey and to create a space in nature to share my love for yoga.
Sukha School of Yoga is a branch of my Techers school in nz (Sukha Yoga youtube will show you my amazing teacher) and its an honour to expand his school with an island retreat.
