Amy Kraft is a yoga/fitness educator with over forty years of experience including 5000+ hours of anatomy and biomechanics training. She is a pioneer in the field of integrative yoga and rehabilitation. She is designated E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance®.
As a highly skilled specialist, Amy integrates yoga/fitness and rehabilitation, working with physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other health and wellness specialists on targeted programs for specific patient needs. She teaches at various wellness arenas around the country, educating health professionals, yoga teachers and students, family members, caregivers, body workers: anyone interested in the health and well being of themselves, and offering this service to others.
