Jen is a physical therapist with a passion for yoga. Lighthearted and enthusiastic, Jen is known for her engaging style and ability to share complex concepts in a clear and accessible way. Her teachings are applied and relevant. Students are encouraged to explore and experiment and to integrate knowledge into practice and teaching. Her yoga classes are creative and empowering. She sequences with intention and uses engagement-oriented cues to facilitate a safe and rewarding asana practice. Expect a steady, unhurried pace, a focus on breathing, options and modifications, challenging standing postures, and time for stillness and reflection.

Jen is a graduate of The Ohio State University's Physical Therapy Program (1995) and has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Arizona State University (1999). Committed to lifelong learning, Jen earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Arcadia University in 2017. Playful and deep, hopeful and sincere, she finds great joy in learning and teaching.
