Donna is a certified Pilates instructor through Body Harmonics since 2010, and Yoga Instructor through Sun Yoga, teaching weekly classes. As well, she is a certified indoor cycling, aquafit, barre and rowing instructor. Her specialty is everyday functional movement training/strengthening, as well as teaching rowing specific programs and sequences (rowga) to improve their performance and success on the water.
Donna has been passionately practicing yoga and Pilates for many years. She is an avid road cyclist and swimmer, and is continually training for Iron Girl Sprint Triathlons.
