As a Yoga Instructor and Holistic Nutrition Coach, sharing yoga and healthy living habits is what gives me purpose. After practicing yoga for a while and only looking at it as a physical exercise, I discovered the restorative and relaxing side of yoga through one of my teachers and mentors, Stacey Bell. This discovery set me on a path of addressing many imbalances I had in my mind and in my body through the practice of yoga. After this awakening, I knew I wanted to share yoga with others to help them find mind-body wellness and grow.
My approach is to meet people wherever they are in their ability and gently guide them towards greater flexibility, range of motion, mental focus, and energy flow through modification and adaptation, making the practice accessible to everyone’s unique and individual body. I share many styles of the physical practice of yoga, including Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Relaxation, Gentle Yoga, SilverSneakers Yoga, and Chair Yoga. I work hard to incorporate my Accessible Yoga training into all other forms of yoga that I teach.
