Deb Hart is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges completion of a 500 Hour yoga teacher training with Hilltop Yoga, a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Additionally, she is a 300 Hour TC TSY-F, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, certified through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment. This is the practice she provides at the Ingham County Jail in Mason, MI, as well as in clinician/client sessions.
She is also a Level 1 iRest Meditation Teacher, working with groups and individuals, in person and virtually.
Deb has been practicing yoga since 1998, teaching since 2015 and loves sharing present moment experiences with class participants.
