I have over 16 years experience working in the mental health field as a licensed counselor. I obtained my 200 hour certification in January of 2016 even though I have been personally practicing for 19 years. I have combined the practice of Yoga with my mental health practice in order to provide an overall wellness / holistic approach to maintaining good health for my clients.
