As a long-time rock climber, I discovered the benefits of yoga when it helped to rehabilitate my shoulders. After seeing how yoga dramatically improved my range of motion, I decided to learn more. I attended Authentic Yoga Teacher Training (AYTT) at Dave's Astanga. I completed the program and obtained an RYT200 teaching certificate. After graduating, I began teaching at my climbing gym, Arizona on the Rocks. Now, I am able to share the benefits of yoga with fellow rock climbers and other athletes. Yoga has impacted my life in many amazing ways. My greatest desire is to help athletes avoid injuries caused by strong tight muscles and to increase performance through an improved range of motion.
