PHILOSOPHY
There was a time when I wondered if there was a path that could lead to a greater understanding of what it means to be alive. I found it in Yoga, as the practice is an ongoing journey into awakening both on a physical and mental level. On the mat I learn to connect to the breath, do my best to be true to the present moment, calm and focus my mind, cultivate strength and positive energy and humbly and smilingly accept my limits. Being able to nurture these benefits and put them into action is part of the beauty of this journey, as the flow of yoga continues away from the mat, where I can apply the experiential benefits of increased strength, flexibility, calm and balance in my daily life and share it with my students.
