Wendy McKee teaches yoga as an RYT 500. She has travelled the yogic path for 12+ years and has found a passion in sharing the gained knowledge with others.
Form Worx Yoga classes are taught as SADHANA YOGA which encompasses several different yoga traditions - Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha & others. The focus is on the essence of yoga with the main goal being to recognize and utilize the Mind, Body, Spirit connection.
In these classes, we pay special attention to the relationship of Movement with Breath while learning to listen to the body and what it needs. Wendy received her certification in Bali, Indonesia during a 1 month intensive. After this unique experience and yoga immersion she brought back an even clearer perspective on how yoga can be applied in our everyday lives.
Wendy currently teaches at her privately owned studio in the town of Crossfield where she can accommodate 10+ students for each class. In this warm, inviting atmosphere you can bring Mind to Mat. Wendy also gives back to her community by taking her classes to the local elementary school to host Tuesdays for Teachers.
