Bre began her journey into yoga in 2012 and after having extensive experience in dance and roller derby, she expected yoga to be “easy” and was pleasantly surprised to discover that the physical stamina and mental journey inwards was one of the hardest but most rewarding journeys that she had ever been on. Her vinyasa classes will make you sweat but also discover that your mind is usually the limitation that holds you back from excelling physically. Her strength-focused modern vinyasa trainings were done under Dylan Werner, Amber Henzi, and Linda McGrath. To balance the yin to her yang, she studied yin, restorative, prenatal, and myofascial release under Jo Phee, Jennifer Schroeder Jones, and Angela Majic. Her goal as a teacher is to help her students follow the path of their dharma and embrace their true nature, happiness, and inner peace regardless of external factors. She is a registered RYT500 yoga instructor and she’s certified in the Functional Movement System level 1 and 2. You can find her on Instagram @breatheandflow.
