I am a registered 200hour Level one Hatha Yoga teacher based in sunny Nelson New Zealand. I am passionate about the linking of breath, mind and body on and off of my yoga mat. My intention behind my yoga teaching is to make yoga accessible to everyone of all abilities and to teach my students to understand that they have the ability to really tune in to their own deep self awareness through breath work and the physical practise of yoga. :) I offer open community yoga classes , pregnancy yoga classes, sports yoga for sports organisations, yoga for hospice and yoga in schools through Richmond Nelson.
