Marsha Ellis is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School(RYS). She have been practicing yoga since 2008 and completed her teacher training with Hot Yoga Wellness in Toronto in 2011.  She has additional training in pre and post natal yoga and chair yoga for seniors from the Toronto Yoga Conference. And Pre- Natal Training at Toronto Yoga Mamas with Blooma Yoga's Sarah Longacre.  Marsha also has some Kid's Yoga Teacher training from Young Yoga Masters. Marsha also has a Hons. BA (summa cum laude) and MA from York University in legal studies. She currently lives with her husband on their farm in Grand Valley, Ontario with and raise our three young sons, and baby girl, Ross,Theodore and Francis, Mia.
