Valentina Kaliada (RYT500), Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Group Exercise instructor. Valentina began her fitness career in 2013 and has been sharing her love for practicing, teaching and living yoga and mindfulness since 2017. Valentina is a curious and ever-evolving teacher who believes in power of experiencing practice as life. Her classes are playful, empowering and healing. In class, she motivates students to explore who they are and what they are capable of becoming physically, mentally, and spiritually. Expect a challenge and to laugh out loud!
