About Gabriela Macra

Gabi has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching since 2016.  She has a strong foundation in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.  Her base is in London, England where she works with various UK companies bringing yoga to their health and wellbeing programmes....

Gabi has been practicing yoga for over ten years and teaching since 2016.  She has a strong foundation in both Vinyasa and Hatha yoga.  Her base is in London, England where she works with various UK companies bringing yoga to their health and wellbeing programmes.  She also works in a one to one setting with private clients.  Her teaching has taken her all over the world, including Canada and Bali.

Stemming from her own experience using her yoga practice to manage Multiple Sclerosis since 2015, Gabi is passionate about yoga's far reaching benefits on health and its ability to help each of us tap into our bodies inner power.

She is the founder of Real People do Yoga striving to make yoga accessible and inclusive to all.
