Elise Krause, MMS, PA-C, RYT-200, FTS, is a Milwaukee-based yoga teacher who offers classes, workshops, and 200-hour yoga teacher training modules for students of all abilities who are interested in cultivating conditions for connection and in claiming authority for their own movement potential. Her teaching style merges anatomically-sound sequencing with somatic-based explorations, facilitating an experience of arriving home in one's own body and practice, so students may align with the best expression of themselves.
Elise completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Yogasylum in Brookfield, WI after a decade of building her own yoga practice. She balances her teaching time with her full-time career as an orthopedic Physician Assistant, and her classes are informed by her knowledge of kinesthesiology and somatic practices. Elise honors those teachers that inspire her, including Pamela Bliss, Alexandria Crow, and Elena Brower.
