Fusing decades of study and instruction in Yoga, ceremony, ecology and ethnobotany, Molly Jo has built her practice upon the fundamental belief that as we cultivate a deeper relationship to our own breath and bodies, as well as the land, plants and communities that nourish us, we exponentially improve the quality of our lives and ensure vibrance and balance for all beings.
By weaving the power of mindfulness, story and music into transformative movement, she aims to nourish the sense of wonder and excitement inherent in all students. She hopes to empower all students to reconnect to a sense of place within the Self, our communities, and the great web of life, thereby cultivating a lasting reverence for our extraordinary existence. Molly Jo is currently engaged in Masters studies in Educating for Mindfulness and Sustainability through AUNE, and recognizes with gratitude the profound teachings offered by her students on and off the mat.
In class, students can expect a harmonious union of centering mediation; pranayama; engaging, mindful movement; joyful expression and transformational challenge.
