Karin Thyr Eriksson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed here training with the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa Sadie Nardini in Nov 2016. Karin teaches from a CSV perspective on and off the mat and is the Scandinavian Ambassador of this style with Sadie Nardini as her mentor and teacher.
An artist, musician, and yogi who believes that yoga is for everybody. She truly belives: To find balance in life - on and off the mat includes both a sweaty session on the mat, one in the studio singing her heat out, a healthy meal, sweet potato fries, salty liqurice and a glass of wine!
She is a mother of two and a wife to her life companion of 21 years. This awesome style of yoga keeps her grounded and makes her fly at the same time!
