Certified Prof 500 h by the Yoga Alliance. Certified Yin and Prenatal Yoga teacher. Creator of Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga and Acroyoga teacher trainings. Passionate about body and movement in all its dimensions, I turned to Yoga in 2004. After vocational training in India, I continued my practice and enriched it by training in many countries (Spain, Switzerland, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Italy, France) with multiple teachers in the disciplines of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga vinyasa, asana, pranayama, acroyoga, yoga dance, yin yoga, yoga cloud. I practice and teach since 2005 

I was initiated in Hatha Yoga in the Buddha School in Varanasi; India.I completed 500H ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training  In Ashtanga Yoga Inbound Yoga, Barcelona. As well as at Thai Massage and Acroyoga at Om Shanti, Barcelona. I took intensive trainings and stages with Acroyoga Thai, Jason Nemer, Lars Kropak, Erika Montes, Petri Rainsanen, and many inspirant teachers.

My work in the field of movement since the year 2000, made me reach in several countries of Europe, South America, and others. I played, learned and shared my training in Thai massage, physical theater, circus arts, dance and acrobatics. 

Polyglot and eager for discoveries and experiences, it is with passion and sweetness that I transmit my practice around the world, for more than 10 years.

Nowadays I live in Aix-en-Provence and I give private and group lessons; i am opening a Yoga and  mouvement school.
