Meghan D’Amico is a former competitive gymnast, who was forced to retire after a knee injury requiring surgery. Through her recovery, she found yoga and began to develop a practice, falling in love with the breath and movement.
In 2009, she received her RYT 200 in Ashtanga Yoga (the philosophies and practice of Sri Pattabhi Jois). Her exploratory teaching style encourages students to practice with humble confidence and strength. She is the founder of Power Spell Yoga.
