Annalisa Widdifield  R Ac. is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her 18 month training in 2016. As a student of yoga and Registered Acupuncturist in Alberta, Annalisa wanted to complete a thorough education in yoga teacher certification , as it too offers therapeutic elements for her Acupuncture clients . Both modalities are holistic in nature and she often weaves  physical ASANA practices with BREATH WORK and MEDITATION within a client's wellness session.
