DOMINIKA HRYCAJ is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Dominika has been practicing yoga for more than fifteen years and has been actively teaching since 2011. Initially, she had practiced in Iyengar Yoga School in Poland and completed 3 years teacher training at Introductory level. She further trained extensively with Shiva Rea and successfully completed 500-hr Prana Vinyasa®Teacher Training.
Dominika is the first Prana Vinyasa® Flow Yoga teacher certificated by Shiva Rea in Poland.
She has also completed AntiGravity ®Yoga Teacher Training in Christopher Harrison School in Ireland, 2012.
Through her personal practice and experience, she has developed her own unique teaching style. Her intention is to create a safe space for personal empowerment that support practitioners the true essence of natural self through Prana Vinyasa® Flow Yoga.
Dominika lives and teaches Yoga with great passion and joy. She experienced transforming effects of yoga on herself and full consciousness in motion.
She is very grateful to share her love for yoga and her life passion is to inspire others to breathe, explore, be vital, integrated, satisfied and experience the real flow of consciousness.
