Jess Rose is no stranger to the ideas of Sthira and Sukha, the balance between stability and freedom, having uprooted her life in Kansas to travel the world, eventually settling in Berlin, Germany, where she has been based since 2007. She is best-known for bringing yoga to the lives of over 50,000 students all over the world on DoYouYoga.com with her 30 day challenge among other programs, and can be found teaching at retreats and teacher trainings in beautiful destinations all over the world. 
Jess found her calling to teach yoga while living in an ashram in India, grasping for answers to life’s mysteries that always seemed to be just out of arm’s reach. Once she realized that what she had been seeking had been there all along, she made it her mission to help others find the acceptance and happiness that comes from knowing that everything is perfect just as it is, with the answers you are looking for, closer than you think. With two additional trainings under her belt under the wisdom and tutelage of Amy Ippoliti and Mark Stephens, Jess is on a mission to bring her humor, care, accessibility, and knowledge to students all over the world looking to dig a little deeper and connect with the realm of possibility lying just below the surface. 
Jess believes in yoga as a means of waking up, of transformation, and believes in the evolution of everything.
