Reika Senoo is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is also STOTT Pilates®︎ Certified Instructor. (Matwork level 1 & 2)
Her teaching style is mixed of Yoga and Pilates essence.
She also loves to teach prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, especially focused on moving of the pelvis.
