After 14 years of regular yoga practice, Veronica completed her first teacher training course in Hatha and Vinyasa Flow with Power of Now Oasis in Bali, Indonesia in July 2016. Since then she has completed Yin Yoga teacher training with Bernie Clarke, several Yoga Nidra trainings with Scott Moore and Yoga Therapy with Anahata Yoga.  She is dedicated to developing and improving the physical, emotional and spiritual health and balance of her students while recognizing and respecting individual differences. Veronica has experience with Vipassana mediation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction bringing a gentle touch while keeping her classes challenging. She has an unwavering passion and love for all aspects of yoga.
