Ever since I can remember myself all I wanted to do was to move, in every way I could. I started ballet as a child at the age of 5, following for 15 years the RAD method (UK based ballet technique and training system), a method that gave me fundamental knowledge of the body. I was also member of my school's racing and swimming team in which I received medals and awards .
Later on, as a student, I started dancing French and Russian ballet, contemporary dance, hip-hop, jazz, African dance and so on. More released moves made me understand that body is an amazing "machine", complex from one side and yet so comprehensible from the other side.
First time I practiced yoga was with a dance teacher (she had just returned from NY, US) back in 2002. It was then that my father told me that my grandfather used to practice yoga and meditate for hours each and every day.I have books with his handwriting and signature since 1965.
I am grateful i decided to become a teacher and spread the love of something I truly feel that is "running in my veins" and make other people feel the same love I feel for the movement and the magic that may be born by our body.
