Jodi has been teaching yoga in the Whistler and Squamish area for nearly 15 years. She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 and Continuing Education Provider.
She is deeply passionate about sharing this practice and its benefits. Her classes are playful, balanced, and grounding. Her intention is to guide students towards more space in the body, deeper connections, greater self-awareness, empowerment, health, and well-being. Prior to her yoga training, Jodi completed degrees in Kinesiology and Early Childhood Education. Her studies and experience allow her to merge a deep understanding of body mechanics with yoga philosophy and breathwork to help students access a state of calm and balance.
