Donna Panarello is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance. She has also completed her 20 hours of children's yoga training. She is a life long dancer/instructor of Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Hip-Hop, Tap, Cheer, and Belly Dancing. She holds other fitness certificates in Barre from Barre Above, Pre/Postnatal, Life Wellness, Mat Pilates, Kickboxing, and Primary Aerobics & Group Exercise Fitness from AAAI.
. She can also be found teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre locally in support of volunteer causes such as clean water, animal rescue, and the fight against domestic violence.
