Donna Panarello is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has also completed her 20 hours of kids/teen yoga training. She is a life long dancer/instructor of Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, and Belly Dancing. She holds other fitness certificates in Barre Fitness from Barre Above, Mat Pilates, Primary Aerobics, and Group Exercise Fitness from AAAI. She is also Zumba certified with her B1, B2, and Strong by Zumba - as well as a licensed ZIN member.
She is currently working towards her E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher). She teaches classes for the Central Bucks YMCAs, and Spring Mill Athletic Club. She can also be found teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Barre at local dance studios and in support of volunteer causes such as clean water, animal rescue, and the fight against domestic violence.
