I came to yoga about 27 years ago. At that time, traumas of diferent sorts were leading my existence. My back was hearting, and because of a very dysfonctional family, mentaly, I was quite lost.
So I was about 25 years old, as I first started to breath in a yogic way on a mat. This transformed my life completly.
I decided to travel through India and I arrived to Rishikesh. At that time I did not even know it was in this very town that my future master of yoga, Sivananda, established his Ashram decades ago. Actually he was already dead ... more than 30 years ago.... but his disciples were continuing his works through him.
I have since then never stopped practicing yoga. In 2007, I decided to become a yoga teacher to transmit what that lineage of sages taught me. Two years later, I completed the sivananda intensive yoga sadhana. In 2011, I attended a course on the yoga of psychology. Meanwhile I became certified in sophrology. As a pasionate of raja yoga, I specialized in trauma yoga. I am as well specialised in yin yoga, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, I rest yoga nidra, yoga nidra, adaptative yoga, chair yoga.
Thanks my own experience, I know it is posible to live a better life thanks yoga. Mindfull Yoga makes you stronger. It makes you happier. Yoga improves your relationships. Yoga makes you a better person and a better human being.
In 2017, I created the YOGAsophro® method to help people suffering from PTSD to recover. I teach professional sophrologists how to cope with that problem so that they can help their students regarding traumas. I am the auteur of Stress Post-Traumatique : les solutions naturelles, Editions Leduc.
