Caroline is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and also Reps registered.  She completed her 200hr yoga teacher training with Sun Power Yoga in London in 2016.

She began (part time) teaching at the Himalayan Institute with a weekly class in Ealing, London.  She currently teaches 2x classes a week at Nuffield Health, Brondesbury park, London.  She has covered many classes in many studios around London since qualifying.  She began teaching on Zoom when the pandemic hit in 2020 and has continued with one class a week ever since for the truly dedicated.

She has gone on many retreats to Ibiza, India, Greece and Ireland since qualifying as a teacher.

Caroline is embarking on a 300hr advanced teacher training program with Jason Crandell for 2022.
