I have done several workshops on various topics like mental health, trauma, meditation and with several teachers of which Swami Ramaswami, A.G. Mohan and Indira Mohan, all students of Krishnamacharya, Bernadette de Gasquet, Leslie Kaminoff and Doug Keller.
