I practice to feed my soul; I teach to create safe, secure and loving spaces in the hearts and minds of others.
I specialise in teaching children's yoga and have developed a yoga programme for neuro-diverse learners. My Wellness in Education programme is running in Hawke's Bay, NZ. I created Your Own Yoga NZ to honour the individuals who practice Yoga in their own way, with their unique, beautiful bodies. YO Yoga NZ Studio opened in Hastings, NZ in December 2019.
Paula Vintiner is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
