DeNel (DiDi) currently offers all-levels yoga classes in-person and online via Zoom: Slow Flow, Yin & Restorative; and Tri Yoga (strength-movement-restorative). She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Having practiced yoga for 20 years and taught for nearly 12, her classes help students improve movement, free breath, and increase mindful living by using science-based research combined with traditional yoga. DiDi's teaching style is personalized to the students in the room. She has experience teaching from various yoga traditions to teen aged students to those in their 70s and 80s. Her classes are fun and freeing for the body and soul.
