- Recruitment firm - which was the original parent company from where it all began.

ERYT 200, RYT 500 and a YACEP provider, Hema is registered with RepsUAE.com, and provides lessons in Power Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative,Alignment based Yoga, Guided meditation and Pranayama sessions, focusing on deepening student’s practice. She enjoys teaching small groups, giving individual attention to each practitioner with strong emphasis on alignment. Every lesson incorporates the right balance between strength and flexibility and props are used for prevention of injuries. Pranayama and meditation are an integral part of her routine. Her asana classes are energising, motivating, and at the same time, meditative, encouraging inner awareness through focus and mindful breathing. She has the ability to motivate people and guide them through yoga to “connect with their inner warrior”.
