Maya Stewart Pathak is a reiki master and yoga instructor, offering treatments and classes virtually and in-person (Montreal, Quebec). She has studied reiki through the Gendai lineage in Toronto and through Maha Rose in Nyc. She has completed yoga trainings in Vipasanna and Kundalini, as well as Ashtanga, Yin, and prenatal/postnatal. Her yoga style respectfully blends methodologies, and nurtures suppleness and connectivity while focusing on breath.
