Gemini Adams, CF, E-RYT, C-TREP, is a British trauma specialist, yoga teacher, award-winning author and the founder of < UNION > a center for trauma recovery located in Thailand. Combining somatic and embodiment practices with education, she helps those with mental and emotional health issues, to “come home” to their natural state of wellness.
It was Gemini’s own personal history — school bullying, parent’s divorce, sexual abuse, and her mother dying from cancer at a young age — that led her to seek tools to transform her own debilitating challenges with C-PTSD.
