I am an E-RYT 500 and although I've been practicing most of my life, yoga became my main focus in 2004. I teach an adapted power yoga for beginners and elders, with a minimal risk/maximal benefit technique and style I call The Yoga You Need. This is not an ego-trip, like, you need "my" yoga; it refers to the difference between the yoga we tend to want - aspirational, high risk, hyper mobile postures in particular - and the postures and practices with the practical benefits of strength, stability, balance, focus, and within the range of motion of the majority of humans.
