I discovered yoga while running in nature, listening to my breath, feeling one with the Universe. That was the beginning of my self-development journey and the discovery of my life mission: supporting others in finding inner peace and freedom.
I have taught yoga since 2016.
While teaching, I see myself as a medium, facilitating each student's inner journey through an inspiring flow of poses and other powerful practices, encouraging them to practice and live in alignment with their heart’s energy.
My teaching style is powerful yet introspective, based on correct alignments, supported by precise verbal cueing, and focused on exploring each one's inner landscape. I integrate asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), mudras (gestures), bandhas (energy locks), and mantras in my classes and offer modifications for all levels, body types, ages, and physical conditions.
I teach confidently in English, German, and Italian.
