I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). I completed my training at Living Buddha RYS in Basel, Switzerland.

I continuously teach but also train within  different Yoga schools to further learn and improve my skills. I have completed several speciality and further qualification trainings, like Yoga for neck and shoulders and others (will be listed soon; see also my website www.yoursource.de), and I am a Thai Yoga Massage practitioner.

I am also a certified FeetUp teacher (level1) and I have started exploring AcroYoga.

I mostly teach where Yoga is affordable for people, which is mainly at  VHS ( = a community school where everyone can learn).
