Hi I’m Melissa Eades. I teach at YOGA FORme, at a beautiful purpose built eHaus studio facing East out onto the banks of the Wanganui River in New Zealand.
Allow me to share my passion of yoga with you. I started practising yoga regularly in 2002 As part of recovery from a long-term illness after finding I had coeliacs. I enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training with the encouragement and fantastic support of my husband Russell Eades and my three children (although in truth they are grown adults now). Yoga - this one word, these four letters embody so much more. I am always in awe of the learning journey and those ah ha moments. .... “when one teaches two learn” and I am eternally grateful for my beautiful family and friends, including my teachers and students who have gifted me and supported me to teach.
