Robin Ricketts is a 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT). This means she has has completed 200 hours of basic yoga teacher training as well as 300 additional hours of advanced training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Her advanced training was done at Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center where she focused on developing yoga practices to address the needs of people of different ages. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Chair Yoga Dance, and Yin Yoga.
