Caroline is a Registered Yoga Teacher with international governing body Yoga Alliance. She’s been practising yoga for nearly two decades and trained with leading UK yoga school Yogacampus. Her classes focus on mindful movement, breathing and relaxation, helping people to find more balance in busy city living.
Classes are suitable for all levels, beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice by refining alignment and taking yoga beyond pure physicality. Her goal is to help strengthen, relax and create space in both body and mind.
