Jamie Strathairn has studied widely completing his foundational training in Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley's Senior Assistant teachers Jo Phee and Joe Barnett (Yoga Alliance 200hrs), with additional advanced training with internationally renowned Yin Yoga trainer and author, Bernie Clarke (Yoga Alliance 50hrs).
Further individual study in Shiatsu (TCM theory and acupressure techniques) as well as trainings with The Light Collective Sian Pascale has broadened his knowledge of the energetic body.
Jamie takes an "edu-tainor's" approach to his teaching and training, combining the gifts of practical/functional anatomy and instruction with a story telling narrative to interweave the traditions of east and west.
