Jessica Cross is a sound practitioner, meditation and yoga teacher serving the Austin, TX metro area. She uses sound to offer tools of deep relaxation to her students. Jessica is also yoga teacher trainer and sound practitioner trainer and shares her passion for wellness with budding teachers and practitioners. 

She first experienced the vibrations of a singing bowl while in savasana and knew sound would be an important part of her personal journey. She later began incorporating sound into her yoga classes and deepened her studies to share the ancient practice with others.  

When Jessica is not sounding the bowls or on the mat, she coaches other teachers and wellness practitioners in leveling up their businesses and is the host of the Marketing Off the Mat podcast.
