Johanna is a passionate yoga practitioner and has been teaching yoga in Portugal and France since 2015. She completed Yoga teacher trainings with Trimurti Yoga India in Dharamsala and in Goa, India based on 5 Elements Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda & TCM.

In Portugal Johanna has found her home of choice and trained to be a Massage Therapist (Thai Yoga Massage) and is excited to share her experience and the benefits of yoga & Massage with you.

Johanna is also a member of Rooftop Yoga Lisboa and teaches public and private Yoga lessons outdoors with a beautiful view on Rooftops and outdoors in Lisbon.
