Hannah Caratti is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Since 2004, Hannah has been working in the field of Counseling Psychology. She has developed a series of Somatic Practices for Anxiety, PTSD & Stress Reduction.
