Gosia spent many years exploring different yoga traditions, leading to completing her teacher training course in 2012 at Hot Power Yoga Studio in Clapham. Gosia is now a certified teacher of Rocket Yoga / Vinyasa Flow / Power Yoga / Hot Power Yoga styles, which are challenging, yet very rewarding. She also completed her Children's Yoga Teacher Training in March 2014. Her passion is to share the positive effects yoga has had upon her life in hopes of continuing this positive effect among her students. She now teaches in several studios across London and constantly updates her skills as a teacher by attending trainings and regular workshops e.g. with Paul & Suzee Grilley, Bo Forbes, Norman Blair or Shiva Rea. She’s organized several yoga courses for beginners and advanced students and also various yoga workshops. Her students are her inspiration.
