I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with E-RYT 500 credentials. I have been a full-time yoga trainer since 2016 mainly in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yogalates, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation. With the advanced teacher training completed in 2020, I also teach Yin, Yoga Nidra, Adaptive Yoga (Chair Yoga) including Trauma Informed Yoga. I am passionate about the practical applications of yoga into our daily lives from a holistic and pain management perspective.

On a quarterly basis, I collaborate with M.Ost, DO, ND Josh Fein-Brown - an Osteopath, Naturopath, Movement Expert, and Pain Management Specialist - delivering OsteoYoga workshops. Combination of OSTEOPATHY & YOGA will help you develop a conscious connection with yourself. Giving you practical solutions to relieve pain, release tension, relax the nervous system, and help you to move forward with greater understanding, less discomfort and more freedom to move.
